Hi everyone,
A short newsletter this week, the power is out and we’re on generator power to run the internet for just a bit. A storm came through around 5:00 and knocked down trees all over the neighborhood. Looks like they’re cleaning one off the power lines between us and the main road right now…Thanks to our wonderful neighbor Jay we have a second way out if we need it. He also helped clear our driveway, as the top of one of the huge pine trees lining the drive crashed down during the storm.
Here’s what we have this week:
- Beans
- Sage (bagged with beans)
- Braising mix (large bag of greens)
- Basil (smaller bag of greens)
- Carrots
- Onions
- Head lettuce
- Celery
- Chard
- Cucumbers
- Summer Squash
I’ll send a better update next week, and we should have some more exciting summery items!
