We have a lot to be thankful for this year!  We’ve all learned so much, and fed a lot of friends along the way.  This Thanksgiving we had 12 people for dinner, and a lot of the dishes we served came straight from the farm (whole leg of lamb, pumpkin/butternut soup with cabbage, kale salad with acorn squash, roasted brussels sprouts and rutabaga, even the sun dried tomatoes made an appearance).  A huge, heartfelt thank you to everyone who has supported us and worked with is this year!  So looking forward to 2011!
