This weeks share is one of our best yet. The focus is on all the delicious hard to pick items that are a labor of sweet love. All these items have been hand picked by loving visitors and farmer Sean as autumn breezes flowed through the farm.

In my opinion the best method for these sacred squash is cutting them in half, scooping the seeds, and roasting them with their cut side down on a lightly oiled baking pan. They come out sweet, slightly dry and highly receptive to salt and butter.
